Toho Water Authority

OVERVIEW
The Toho Water Authority is an independent government special district providing potable water, wastewater, and reclaimed water service to the residents and businesses of Osceola County and portions of south Orange and southeast Polk counties. The Authority needed to create a recognizable, credible brand identity for communicating with residents in its service area.

To increase awareness of the Toho Water Authority and position it as the credible source of information on water usage, Patterson/Bach created a multi-media marketing campaign under the theme: Toho Water Authority—Bringing You Life’s Most Precious Resource. The campaign featured print ads, outdoor boards, direct mail, a quarterly newsletter, school and event promotions, an annual water quality report and online marketing.

EVALUATION
The Toho Water Authority received 84% overall awareness following two flights of the advertising campaign. 88% of respondents rated the campaign as “effective” in communicating with the Authority’s target audiences.
