Patterson/Bach Communications makes charitable donations in honor of clients

Maitland, FL (April 4, 2007) – Following the old adage 'put your money where your mouth is,' Patterson/Bach Communications recently donated several thousand dollars on behalf of its clients and friends to charities championed by the agency's employees. The donations were part of Patterson/Bach's Holiday of Giving, a mailer that offered donations to charitable organizations in place of traditional holiday gifts.

In December, Patterson/Bach sent out 370 wooden keepsake boxes holding cards with information on each of its employees' favorite charitable causes. Recipients were asked to select one of the charities to which they would like a donation made through return of a postage-paid postcard. A contribution of $35 was made on behalf of each responding recipient.

"We're thrilled with the response our Holiday of Giving mailer received," said Tim Bach, Patterson/Bach president. "It shows that great creative and great clients lead to great results."

Charitable organizations receiving contributions included:

Best Friends Animal Society
BETA Center
Camp Boggy Creek
Girl Scouts of Citrus Council
Greenpeace
House of Hope of Orlando
Junior Achievement
Leukemia & Lymphoma Society
North Star Child Advocacy
Parkinson's Disease Foundation
Second Harvest Food Bank
SPCA of Central Florida
St. Jude Children's Research Center
Patterson/Bach Communications has clients throughout Florida, including the Florida Department of Health, the Orange County Convention Center, Kissimmee Gateway Airport, International Speedway Corporation and Osceola Regional Medical Center. The agency’s Web address
